A. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

B. Processing and Delivery Times


We want to offer you quality products manufactured on demand.
This is why the total time from order to delivery is generally 10 to 20 working days (Monday to Friday).

We need 7-16 business days (Monday-Friday) to manufacture your order.
Once your order is ready, we ship from France, and you will receive your package within 48 hours with UPS or DHL.

C. Delivery Methods

We use UPS or DHL to deliver our products.

D. Change of Address

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit.
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 7 days of your order at contact@temporalite-paris.com.

E. Cancellations

Our products are made on request, no cancellation is possible.

F. Packages Damaged During Transportation

If you notice that a package is damaged during transport, if possible, please refuse it to the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service for next steps.
